We first launched Traffic Diagnostics in February under a different name: The Congestion Analysis. As we developed, refined, and enhanced this tool with feedback from our clients, we discovered that Congestion Analysis was not the right name. We changed the name to “Traffic Diagnostics” because this tool does so much more than analyze congestion. It uses the power of Big Data from millions mobile devices to automatically identify and rank congestion busting tactics like transit, employee shuttles, network improvements, and more that are likely to make the biggest impact.
